Our Water Group team is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Program Officer Grants to assist in the delivery of the Off-farm Efficiency Program. In this role, you will work collegially with staff and program partners to develop and oversee projects; ensure that projects achieve their outcomes; and support the achievement of the Program and its organisational objectives.
About You
You will have extensive experience in developing and implementing grants programs, grant management, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, governance, systems development and information management. You can balance competing demands and contribute to the Program with strategic and operational leadership. A knowledge of the water sector and irrigation industry is an advantage.
Building and maintaining relationships with agencies and program stakeholders, you will require strong relationship management skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will also have experience working collaboratively with others on projects/programs, with a track record of delivering and coordinating projects from inception to completion.
