Postdoc: Policy-evaluation systems model focused on food-water-energy problems and solutions
I am looking for a postdoc to join Stanford as part of our Belmont Forum/NSF interdisciplinary project team (see brief attachment). We are working with stakeholders and policy makers in these regions. Our team members at Stanford (Global Freshwater Initiative), IIASA (Austria), Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research/UFZ (Germany) and OEFSE (Austria) include hydrologists, engineers, earth scientists, economists, food security and policy experts, and stakeholder analysts. The postdoc sought should have experience with integrated (systems) modeling, proficiency in the programming language Python, and an interest in interdisciplinary research.
The FUSE project builds on the interdisciplinary research conducted as part of the Jordan Water Project https://pangea.stanford.edu/researchgroups/jordan/ .
