Our Water Group team is currently seeking to appoint the below roles. Each position provides the opportunity to contribute to the development of policy relating to water management and regulation.
Senior Water Strategy Officer x 3
- Temporary full-time until June 2022
In this role, you will provide quality and timely advice to support the delivery of NSW Government regional water strategies, as well as coordinate a range of complex analytical research and projects. To be successful in this position you will have extensive experience in water related areas including water planning and natural resource management, along with the proven ability to provide data driven strategy advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Senior Policy Officer – Intergovernmental
- 1 x Ongoing full-time
In this role, you will provide expert strategic and legislative policy advice to support policy and legislative frameworks related to intergovernmental water management issues and reforms. To be successful in this position, you will have a solid understanding of government processes and policy development, as well as strong knowledge of water management issues, particularly the Murray-Darling Basin Plan.

Senior Policy Officer x 7
- Temporary full-time until June 2022
In this role, you will manage the development, implantation and review of water policy and regulation. Liaising with agencies and stakeholders, you will provide expert policy advice and information, and effective consultation. To be successful in this position you will have a strong understanding of the processes of government, legislation and policy development, preferably in relation to water.
