Job Description:
TITLE/UNIT: Visiting Instructor – Watershed Hydrology, temporary, part-time (non-tenure track), Sustainable Resources Management Faculty
DURATION: One-semester part-time appointment from January 18 through May 11, 2022.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach combined section of FOR 340 (Watershed Hydrology – undergraduate students) and FOR 540 (Watershed Hydrology – graduate students); 60-80 student total enrollment. Course is scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Friday lectures at 10:35-11:30 am – NOTE: time could be changed to one or two evening periods; other hours for discussion and student questions to be arranged.
SALARY: $4,000 – $5,000, depending on qualifications.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS: Masters Degree and college teaching experience preferred, especially in watershed hydrology or other water science.
