  • Clerk Grade 11/12, salary ranging from $131,094 – $151,609 + super

Our Water Group team are seeking a Principal Implementation Officer as the lead in coordinating and delivering a range of high profile projects within the water planning implementation team. In this role, you will also build relationships with stakeholders, other government agencies, and external consultants, and represent DPIE Water within stakeholder forums.

About You

You will have strong prioritisation skills with the ability to undertake rigorous project management and policy development, meeting deadlines with competing priorities. Liaising with a range of stakeholders you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the enthusiasm to represent the sector and division professionally when negotiating with others. An understanding of the water management framework is highly regarded however not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a project management background, and excellent problem-solving skills, to join a dedicated team and work closely with the Director, Water Planning Implementation. We also offer career development and advancement opportunities.
