Job Profile

We are looking for a graduate hydrologist to join our growing team in Cambridge.

Our water resources and flooding team delivers services to clients including water companies, environmental regulators and government bodies, helping them manage, model and regulate their water resources. We are at the forefront of major water management techniques such as hydraulic, groundwater and water quality modelling, sustainable flow evaluation, flood risk assessment and ecological risk assessment. Demand for these services continues to grow, and we are looking for a talented hydrogeologist to bolster our existing team.

Together with our in house design and build contractor, Mott MacDonald Bentley, we are completing a programme of capital works on a number of Severn Trent Water’s groundwater sources. The programme includes the construction of new boreholes as well as the rehabilitation of existing assets. The successful applicant is likely to be involved with supervising the drilling and testing of these boreholes, along with undertaking hydrogeological analysis of the results.

We are an equal opportunities employer, and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate, and take positive steps to ensure an inclusive working environment.
