The Ogallala Land & Water Conservancy is a newly formed Land Trust in Clovis, New Mexico, created to conserve the groundwater resources of the Ogallala Aquifer through transitioning irrigated agriculture to dry-land cropping or grazing land. The Executive Director position for the OLWC will initially be responsible for all aspects of the administration of the Conservancy. The Executive Director is expected to be an experienced visionary leader with excellent organizational, communication and fund-raising skills. In addition, the Executive Director must be capable of collaborating with many partners, including primary funding from the Department of Defense and the Natural Resources Conservation Service.
